Marketing and Merchandiser Executive
( Kuala Lumpur - Headquater )

Responsibilities:
  • To be creative in the design and layout of promotional items, store front and space
  • To enhance AVF In-Store Presence & Display
  • To retain the mind-share and channel confidence in AVF products
  • To play a key role in product launches, promotions and projects
  • To update inventory and sales reports from dealers
  • Maintain close relationship with customers to built loyalty and obtain market feedback (competitor, customer) on merchandising and promotions / escalate any urgent/critical issues or problems to Management on a timely basis and follow-up with weekly reports on information gathered from resellers and customers reactions to company products & services including efficiency in the market.
  • To maintain, complete and return all administration and report as specified by Marketing Development Manager (visitation report / weekly report etc).
  • Develop a full team of merchandisers to achieve the highest level of services to customers
  • Able to handle analytical works with minimal supervision

Requirements:
  • Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in related industry.
  • Minimum Diploma / Professional Certificate in Marketing / Advertising / Media, Mass Communications or equivalent qualification with credits in English and BM.
  • Has exposure to Merchandising, Channel Sales, Channel/Trade Marketing, Product Marketing and Brand/Marcomm areas within such industries.
  • Self confident & excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Positive working attitude, patient & good overall etiquette.
  • Problem solver and team player.
  • Self-starter, good initiatives & proactive.
  • Good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
  • To fully responsible and coordinate all operations within the warehouse department through proactive planning and scheduling.
  • To overseeing daily transfer of goods, daily loading, housekeeping, stock accuracy & general operation in warehouse.
